  • Commercial Management advice regarding the HM Revenue and Customs

To work collaboratively with the end client HMRC end user teams to understand their pain points and requirements for transformation and transition to a cloud hosted platform. Work with Fujitsu architects and project managers to develop an achievable and budgeted solution for baseline functionality and plan to move to future mode of operation in stages over time.

The challenge – it is one thing to map out the requirement and the solution visually but how do we turn that into deliverable contract obligations?

Clear expert enterprise architects, business process outsourcing specialists and business analysts who are experienced working alongside our strong heritage in contract management, bid management and procurement expertise and use software to output dependencies and obligations in tables so that we can convert them easily into contract schedules.

Fujitsu benefited from Clear's expertise and diligence for over two years. As a valued and trusted part of the Fujitsu team, Clear tackled complex and difficult commercial issues, always with a constructive, client centred and win-win approach which helped us achieve the customer experience we aspired to whilst achieving the balance of the position we needed to secure. I would not hesitate in recommending Clear to others and would welcome them into my teams in future.
