Contract management services for a major UK Housing Association
A leading UK Housing Association with a complex supply chain was experiencing escalating operational, commercial and regulatory risks.
This project was for the replacement of a security intercom system for 40 multi-storey blocks of community housing flats in the Sunderland area in the North East of England. NEC3 Option B contract between the Housing Association (HA) and the Supplier, with a separate Project Management firm acting for the HA.
Implementation of the NEC3 Option B required processes, templates and procedures for the Supplier. Correct contractual administration, progress reporting, planning and Early Warning / Compensation Event notices and quotations for the successful installation of equipment and required technology server hardware, cabling and ongoing maintenance and support service.
