Situation

A major programme to replace security intercom systems across 40 multi-storey social housing blocks in Sunderland was underway under an NEC3 Option B contract between the Housing Association and the supplier, with an external project management firm acting for the Housing Association.

The supplier required support to establish disciplined NEC3 contract administration, manage change effectively and strengthen governance across the programme to ensure delivery was commercially viable and operationally controlled.
